    Utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut

Edited teaser for my collegiate dance team, Elevate Dance Company’s concept dance video.
Exercised video color grading and motion for transition effects.


Given the prompt “one song lyric to describe the most important person in your life”, I created a visual love letter for all of my closest friends. “You should be a little bit in love with your friends, as they have all helped shape you into the person you are today – good or bad”. This was an early Valentine’s gift for everyone that I had held close to my heart.
Created with partner Nick Evans in Fall 2019, our prompt was to create a spooky short story. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Created for Momentum Showcase 2019 for my hip hop dance team, Blank Canvas. Our team was invited to showcase alongside other collegiate dance teams in the DMV area. Our team directors chose to do a dance set about America's Best Dance Crew, a competition dance show from the early 2000s. My co-historian and I were tasked to bring the set's story to life through the screen, piecing together each dance to meld one memorable story and performance. Our video made the set into an interactive multimedia performance. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Shot in the summer of 2019 throughout the course of 3 months. Graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator and animated through Adobe Premiere Pro. I had always had a fascination with the summer sky, as the longer days allow for a beautiful spread of colors to be painted above us. Shot in Virginia, New York, France, Spain, and Italy. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.  Created as a promotional trailer for Prelude DMV 2019, a dance competition and showcase that my team, Blank Canvas, hosts every year. We invite teams and crews from the DMV, including collegiate teams, to showcase or compete. As historian, I was tasked with creating this to both give a teaser of the team's set and to bring excitement for the event. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Created as a group project for a class in Fall 2019. The prompt was to create a 30 second commercial on Fritos Flavor Twists, but the concept could be about anything. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Created for a class presentation in Spring 2021 on "one song lyric to describe the most important person in your life". I decided to create a video for all of my beloved friends. There was a saying that said you should be a little bit in love with your friends, as they have all shaped you into the person you are today- good or bad.
