Vinyl cover redesign
Background
Tasked to recreate the album art of any artist for for a graphic design course, I chose “Kid Krow” by Conan Gray. The album told the story of him- growing up as an asian in a small, predominantly white town, his first experiences with bullies and love, and so on. Though he is highlighting the past, he enjoys romanticizing things, even if they didn't seem too positive at the time. I wanted to depict the light being shined upon different aspects in his life, as he is highlighting the past in this album.
